I come to BoJamgles because i love theor breakfasts. However today my biscuit was so hard.. i took it up to exchange it.. the manager told the worker.. she needs a soft biscuit.. hers is hard as a rock.. then i literally saw the manager whisper to the sandwich person.. toss those ones theyre too hard... pointing.. So do they intentionally use the old to get rid of them to foolish people who wont say anything??
It is usually a good place to eat but it does depend on who is working that day. Most of the employees are very nice but there are a couple who haven't been very nice. The dining room is so-so. There are times when it is clean and there are times it isn't.

Say the bake biscuits every 20 minutes - they still use older made biscuits first - bought 2 steak biscuits when advertised this week. The steak was dry, cold and tasteless. The biscuit was cold and hard - my guess at least 1 hour old
