“The white pizza was amazing, though I was charged $11 for it, when the menu and website clearly states it is $10. Our waiter had the personality of a doorknob, BUT he handled take out, tables, phone and whatever else he had to do with ease and confidence. I wish wait staff would understand that your personality place a big part in your tip. I will be coming back for the white pizza again! It was the best pizza I have had in a long time.”

We have been coming to Troy every Sunday for the past 2yrs to visit my mother in law and this is our favorite place. We are always so disappointed when they close for Summer vacation.
We have never had a bad meal and all the waitresses are always great, our favorite is Crystal, she knows us and knows exactly how my husband likes his taco salad.
It’s not an upscale restaurant just a little mom & pop shop with good food and friendly staff.
We love Zenos and highly recommend it!”

“Customer service was not the best. Waitress(es) did not know any of the pricing or specials of the day. One of the servers started vacuuming right beside us during our dining experience. Very unsanitary imo. Dust particles fly through the air and into food when you vacuum. Other than that the food was amazing. We will continue to order but it will probably be take out going forward.”

“First time there. Went to meet some friends to hear a band we like from Myrtle Beach. Prices were about the same as the other neighboring lakes. Food was good. I had a cheeseburger and wife had wings. Bar service was good also. If there was one drawback I would say it was the parking. We got there early enough that it wasn't a problem. When we left many others had to park along the road. Other than that it's a great little bar to spend a little time at when at the lake.”

“We eat at Hometown BBQ & Seafood as often as we can. We stopped in October 30th around 8:00 pm. Had a hamburger steak with baked potato and salad. We ordered one cooked medium rare and one cooked medium. Believe it or not they both came as ordered. Steak was very tender and juicy. Very, very good. The staff was so friendly and helpful.”

“This was our first visit. There is ample.parking in a gravel lot. From the deck there is a beautiful wide and long range view. There are a few tables on the deck. Inside there are about 8 -10 tables. You can do a tasting at the bar. The cost is $10 to Taste 6 wines. You also get to take your glasses home. There were a few we really enjoyed. They had a couple of unique wines that you don't see as often. I really liked their Blackberry wine. Is considered one of their sweet wines but has a very tart finish. I also really liked their Syrah wine. It had a definite peppery note. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“We've ordered from our local Subway several times and have always had a pleasant experience, but this one showed their wonderful customer service and we had to share! When we picked up, we didn't notice there was an item missing until after we arrived back home and finally sat down to eat - which was a solid hour after pickup. When we called, the individual that had prepared our order immediately recognized that she did not prepare the missing item and, without hesitation, they prepared it and delivered it to us right away. Thank you for your kindness - from Norwood Campground!!!”

“Weekend @ the lake w/FamDamily! We had to choose between 3 different Mexican restaurants in the Metropolitan area of Norwood NC. Mr Tequila happened to be the closest so there we went. Amazingly enough - we all agreed (rarely happens) BEST MEX FOOD EVER! Svc, Food (apps, entrees and dessert) 2nd to none. If you're in the area, tell em BillyRayRox sent ya, won't get either of us anything extra, but it's a good ice breaker ... 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸's from BRR”

“They really have great subs. The wait staff is wonderful, when they do have time to speak you their all so nice, they stay pretty busy and focused on speed. I'm a little disappointed about the hours of operation, I really wish at least on Thursday Friday and Saturday they would extend their hours. Most folks are just trying to figure out where to eat at 7.30 or are trying to get somewhere around that time. I really wish they would stay open until 9pm. The food is great , but I wish they would try some new items on the menu, I'm sure it would be a hot in Norwood.”

“Really enjoyed the Shrimp Lo Mein. Ate a whole large order. It was clean inside China King, employees/owners were pleasant and helpful if you have questions. Tables were disinfected when patrons left.”

“My order is either the grilled chicken club or the wings and biscuit. But I must say, try the new (to me) bo-berry ? cookies. They are addictive and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were gone. While the bo-berry biscuits are good, the cookies take you to another level with the aroma of fresh baked goodness. If you haven't tried them, do yourself a favor and order them next time. And take a bite while they are still warm. Thank me later.”
