I have never had such bad service at this place and won’t go back! I ordered three pizzas. Two were good and still hot when I got home. One was burned. The cheese was burned all on the top and the sides were black. The cheese was dried on the box and it was cold!! It should have never been served to anyone!! I called the store back and a female made up excuses. She offered to remake it or give me one the next time I was in. I told her that I didn’t live nearby and asked her what I was supposed to eat tonight! She wasn’t nice at all so I let her have it. She said she personally boxed that pizza. Really? Then she should have cared more than to box up a burned pizza. That crew should be fired!! Also, the air conditioner was broken. Ugh!!!

This location used to be great, but was sold to a different franchisee earlier this year (2022), and has been *terrible* ever since. Employees are slow, surly and indifferent, and this pizza is just... godawful, even by Little Caesar's low standards. On my first visit since the sale, my Detroit-style pizza was undercooked, so doughy and gross. Oh, and I had to go to Food Lion next door to get cash because "our credit card machines are down". Oh, and there were no signs telling me that - I was genuinely BARKED AT by the cashier. So I'm not a mind reader, you guys. On my second visit, the "Fanceroni Pepperoni" was basically an overcooked thin crust. It was missing about 60 pepperoni and the crust was not the one advertised on TV. Don't bother complaining on the Little Caesar's website: they'll just tell you to call an 800 number. HELLO? The whole point of email customer service is to NOT have to make a phone call. If you're "powerless" to help me, Janet, then what did they hire you for?
