It's OK. Restaurant was recommended to me by local shop employees who raved about the salads. Took forever for our salads to come. Maybe they were growing the lettuce in the back? It wasn't super busy. Salad was a salad. Also ordered truffle fries. I've had better. They were good, crispy, but weren't hot when they arrived.Vegetarian options: Black bean burger and 3 salad options.

The host waiting to sit you was very rude and you could tell he hated his job and did not want to be there. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes before anyone spoke to us. Samantha was nice, but then told us they had no silverware. We ordered the loaded pretzel which was way over cooked and had a hint of fish smell. I ordered a plan burger medium well. Top 3/4 was way over cooked, and the bottom quarter was raw. My wife ordered the fish and chips. The fish tasted like it had been boiled and then fried. There are other choices in New Bern. I would skip the restaurant.

March 2024. Food menu was just updated and I have to say there are a lot of good updates. I had the pork stickers and Surf and Turf. All had great flavor and were cooked perfectly. Been coming here for a couple of years now and still enjoy it!

Another gem in downtown New Bern. I again can't recommend this place enough. The food is outstanding, the service is spot on. I'll be heading back as soon as I can!
Nothing special. Been here twice, service was good both times, the food was just aggressively average. Tried a good sampling of the burgers, apps, and the Carolina bbq tacos. Nothing was very good.

It was our first time in here and it was a Saturday afternoon. We had to wait for about 20 mins, so we looked around at the decor and the kids looked over the menu. We were seated upstairs and it was pretty quiet. The hubby ordered the candied bourbon and he loved it! He got 2! We started off with the fried pickles, Jalepeno poppers and pretzel bites! Everything was tasty and good portions. Our meals consisted of an order of boneless wings, cheesesteak with the cheese curds a burger from the kids menu and a salad. Everything was good and tasty. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us often. The place is interesting for history buffs and lots of military items on display! We will be back to try some of their other bourbons!!

We stopped in here to grab something small to eat. We went with the Mac and cheese, pretzel bites, bourbon chicken tacos and the street tacos. Everything came out delicious! We had wonderful service from a younger guy who gave great recommendations. I would add this to my list if I'm back in town!
