Where do I start with Kuma Sushi Bar in downtown New Bern?Let’s start with the amazing customer service that I am greeted with everytime I come in. The manager Geoffrey is very kind and will make sure you feel at home when dining in at Kuma. Great sushi spot. Ramen was very good too, though a tad expensive for ramen. Sashimi was very generously sized. The waiter I had was a bit overbearing, but I was one of only a few in there on a rainy Saturday for lunch.

Ordered their pork ramen. Broth was richer than the ones I had before. The freshly steamed veggies and shitake mushrooms was on point. However, the egg could used more marinating in soyu (it was pale) and the braised pork could be sliced a little thicker. A little pricier than the ones I've had in NoVA and DC but then it's the only decent ramen place in town, Service was fast and courteous.
