I went to get a sub tonight and it wasn't as good as the last few times I been there. Service definitely could have been better just seem like employees was all over the place and not really focused on the customer needs. Overall employees are always pleasant when you first walk in. I wasn't happy with my sub tonight cause they didn't add vinegar and oil. I was sad while eating my sub at home without vinegar and oil.

If you gave out some coupons in New Bern in the right places you could increase your sales 25%. Former Subway owner and I know if I owned your business your sales would be double what they are now. Are you interested in selling your business? You have a few good employees but some bad ones.

Very busy today. Took a while for the philly cheese steak to come out. Pepsi fountain selection not working right. Staff very friendly and busy working. I got the #9 club supreme with extra jalapeno's! I sure didn't taste them, but the next day I felt EVERY ONE! Had me sweating like a fat clown in a lil clown car!

I love jersey Mike's of New Bern NC the staff is AMAZING!!!.Excellent service from Daniel and katlyn wonderful customer service with a smile awesome attitude. The Food was made and served with LOVE !. YOU can tell when employees enjoy theirwork and take pride in serving others. I recommend everyone to come to this location you will not be disappointed. Took 3 guest here on 9/9/23pm, who had never had a Jersey Mike’s sub. Love the #8, and order pickup often, but I will never recommend/nor take anyone inside the Jersey Mike’s on MLK Blvd New Bern, NC. Not a good person to person experience at all. ?

Best subs around if you prefer NJ type subs, which we do. The oil & vinegar make it a authentic NJ sub - nothing better. Staff is "always" friendly and fast.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out with low tables to accommodate a wheelchair.
