Ordered a sandwich for take out, watched the guy who made it with long hair, no hair net, and a surprise in my sandwich to show it! Very disappointed to find not one, but two long strands on hair through the sandwich.

Best hot soup for what ails you. I highly recommend the chicken noodle or turkey chili, with their bread of course. Or a bread bowl, if that’s your thing. Incredible sweet iced tea, or hot tea if you’re in the mood. The coffee here is a hidden gem, and it is great for catering where sweets and coffee would be appropriate. Another hidden gem are the kettle cooked potato chips. Price is good and fair for what looks, smells, and tastes like 100% homemade food. Best fast food/drive through in New Bern, hands down.

I WILL NOT LET THIS PANERA SPOIL THE YEARS I HAVE HAD ENJOYING THEM ACROSS THE COUNTRY.. COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO HALF COOKED BACON, LAST MONTH THE NO CHICKEN SANDWICH, YESTERDAY A COLD SAUSAGE AND EGG. WHILE I AM AT THE COUNTER TWO MORE PEOPLE BROUGHT THEIR FOOD BACK, ONE A BURNT BAGEL ANDWICH. THESE PEOPLE COOKING HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO PREPARE FOOD, OBVIOUSLY LACK TRAINING AND ARE QUICKLY TURNING THIS LOCATION INTO AN AVOID AT ALL COST. NO WONDER THEIR WAS ONLY A FEW CUSTOMERS. I just placed a to go order for a salad, got all the way home and discovered they don’t give me the dressing! The salad was fresh but the best part is the dressing! Don’t mark the receipt as being checked for accuracy if you don’t check it!

I haven't been back to Panera in nearly 8 years and now I can remember why.I ordered half a sandwich which mind you ok pretty small but no problem and a cup of soup with a lemonade.And a small side of Mac & cheese.$23.97 ..... ontop of the boy working drive thru. Dark hair Maybe had glasses was ridiculously rudeI won't be back

12/12/23. Around 11:30. People are peeling off because some car has been at the order booth for about 10 mins. This is not the first time! Why not tell them to pull up somewhere or come in, if they are having that much difficulty?

seriously some one is making this not the place to go, all my local friends bailed citing poor service and menu changes. did they really not put the ckn on the ckn, mozzarella pepperoni sandwich, not clean tables, refill coffee and creamer. get this cleaned up fast please
