We have ordered delivery, 3 times now. The first time was great. Food was good and we got all the sauces we ordered. The last two times, we paid for spicy garlic sauce.....we didn't get any. The third time I even asked the driver if the sauce was included. She said she made sure it was....it wasn't. We got one regular garlic sauce. The food quality has declined little by little each time. Not sure we will order again. With a 33.3 percent accurate order percentage, I'm not sure we will risk it again.

We placed an order with this restaurant location and our order was never received. We saw that the order had been canceled through our bank statements and when we called the store we spoke with the manager on duty she told us the order never came through. We gave her the order number provided to us via email and she claimed she was unable to search the order by the order number but this would only be the case if the order was canceled on their end through the system or if there were some sort of glitch with the system.When the system has a glitch and the store has not received our order, the manager should offer to put our order into the system and get it going for us right away. But she refused to help us get our order in or contact corporate to check on the order number from that perspective and just kept saying, "I don't see it." At least one of the managers at this store needs to undergo additional training in customer service. Do better next time.

Called in route to order. Waited an hour for the Pizza to be made. Only two people working. Ridiculous. This is the third time I've had to wait like that. Probably will seek other places to get Pizza take out. Staff was apologetic but management can do a better job of scheduling.Parking: Plenty of spaces to park near the front door.

Easy to place online order. Quick service. Ordered half with green pepper and mushroom. Disappointed on how skimpy the vegetables were. Also very little sauce on pizza. Grandson liked it.Vegetarian options: Ordered mushroom and green pepper. Very skimpy.
I ordered a pizza from the New Bern, NC location on December 31st, 2022. I had to write a review because the delivery was very fast and it was absolutely one of the best Papa John's pizzas I have ever had. I just wanted to take a minute to say that the New Bern, NC crew today was absolutely " on fire ". Keep up the great work because it was very much appreciated today !!!!!!!!!!

First off I could not add instructions for how I wanted my pizza online. So I called and I don’t get someone at the store but at home who cannot speak English that good pizza was 10.99 online and on the phone with him. He switch’s me to the store and the guy tells me that the pizza is now 12 dollars. Look you can say I’m cheap or over dramatic. But here is the thing , in a world where everyone is trying to get every bit of the nothing you have a dollar means a lot. You have lost my business and I will for sure tell everyone come across. Thank you!

I got a two handtossed pizzas, but they seemed so thin, it sucked nothing like the yummy thicker crust I remembered from papa John’s. Breadlovers beware you’ll be disappointed

The young lady that worked the register, repeatedly handled money, cards, and did not wash her hands afterwards. She would start making the pizza crust as soon as she finished with a customer. I watched this process for over 15 minutes. I was in the store from 6:00 to 6:15 pm on Wednesday October 12, 2022. She was about 21 years old, white women with very long finger nails and a tie dyed shirt. I tried to speak to her about it and she just laughed and walked off. I will not go back and I plan to let other people know of this locations lack of cleanliness.
