Smithfield's use to be a really great place to get food. Not any longer. It's sad too. My wife ordered me 2 chicken sandwiches and fries to go. She gets home less than 10 minutes later and the fries were soggy and cold, but the worst part was the 2 chicken sandwiches. It was just a burger bun and 2 chicken strips, no condiments, no pickles, nothing else. Its sad a place can charge you so much money and give you so little in return. No longer will I go here. I'm just going to go over to Moores BBQ or Chick Fila..

What do you call a BBQ sandwich with no BBQ. Ordered several BBQ sandwiches and none had any sauce or season. Should be called Smithfield Chicken and Pulled Pork. I would recommend to not visit for the BBQ. There are other BBQ restaurants in the area. Will not go back.......

The food was fresh and delicious. In a time when customer service seems to be suffering everywhere, it was refreshing to encounter such nice and accommodating staff. Everyone was so welcoming.
