Recent menu/chef change-many improvements!!! Chef AJ is on his way again to surprise you with flavor and flair. Seafood and salads we had were top notch, seared tuna perfect! Mediterranean salad has at least 10 different ingredients and each fresh and presented well. Wait staff really wants to please you.

New management/owners are FANTASTIC. The food is excellent and our service was too. They were very prompt. We were seated immediately and our appetizers were ready in a flash. The entrees are made from high quality fresh ingredients and the chef is amazing. He makes everything fresh from scratch. The price per entree is very fair and I had plenty to take home for later. Try the new and very much improved Carinis. You will not be sorry. It’s uptown dining in small town Norlina. AAAAAA+++++++

Don't let the decor fool you!!! This is not fast food Italian. We are so excited to have found this hidden gem. We haven't enjoyed authentic Italian cuisine like this since visiting Little Italy in New York. We enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan and the Chicken Florentine, both were excellent. We will definitely be back.

I’m so sorry to say but I’m very disappointed with my visit!!It was group of us and everything was poorly made!! One example was a salad with grilled chicken; chicken was cooked so hard and dry it didn’t have a taste ?It will be a long while before I eat there again?
1st time dining here.Unfortunately they were out of both dinner items we ordered, which happens. But unfortunately they didn't tell us about being out of one of the dishes until 15 mins later.

I am visiting family and they told me to try this spot so I did and it came out to 30 and that was insane but when the food came it was worthy every dollar. I got the bacon cheeseburger and I didn’t expect much but that was amazing it was big fat and juicy and left me full but I also got the fried shrimp which was also amazing. The portions are huge def Gonna try more food again soon.
