This location has been plagued with issues over the last few years, and apparently cannot even handle a simple order of cookies. During Covid they were frequently "out of chicken" so I stopped even trying to get food here for a while. Last weekend, I tried the new Bo-berry cookies from a different location in Greensboro and figured I would try some today from Oak Ridge (around 1pm on a Sunday). It's just a decent place if you're in a pinch, but as far as the quality of the food and service they definitely leave something to be desired, on the service it is as many have said here "hit or miss", and the food, is in my honest opinion, not ever as good as other Bojangles, typically dry or barely warm or both, it is disappointing by comparison to the standard set by other Bojangles and that's not a high standard to uphold in the first place
