The Tartar restaurant in Pinehurst, North Carolina, offers a delightful fusion of French-inspired cuisine with accents from Central American and Caribbean fare. The food was absolutely amazing and the chef played violin to cap the night off. A beautiful experience with some of the most amazing food I've ever had the pleasure of eating.

First time dining here and the service and food were fantastic. Lovely atmosphere in a relatively small space. Easy to hear conversation at your table and not from other tables. Appreciated the Saturday evening music. Perhaps make the entrance more appealing; I know it's a challenge in an outdoor mall setting. I went because of the reviews and personal recommendations.
