“Normally I would give 5 stars on everything, however the last 2 app purchases have not been done correctly per the way we ordered it, we order at least 2 times a week. The chicken teriyaki hasn't been done correctly nor has the beast, both have had very little meat and the beast hasn't been double toasted“

“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! Hang in their this world no longer knows how to be decent.“

“This place needs some updates and looks kinda run down on the inside, but i was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, and the large menu with a lot of options! I got a small Reuben on rye and a side of Curly Fries and it was bomb and only $9. There is a drive through, plenty of parking, plenty of seating and they are not just a sandwhich shop, they also sell burgers and gyros and have some good vegetarian options too.Dont let the location or it being run down deter you from trying their good food!“

“A winner: one of my "go-to" take-out places for well-prepared, nutritious cuppa-soup-&-chicken-salad meals for around $10 a pop (beverages extra). They always include a dill pickle slice, and a little single-wrap iced shortbread cookie in each box.Parking: Never have had any problem getting a parking spot within close proximity to door (I can't walk very far). A plus also on rainy days, lol.“

“This place spot is the best! I have been to other locations; however, this one is my go-to place. Mainly because the staff is ALWAYS friendly and puts a smile on my face. Now, let's talk about food prep, every time on point because every knows ready to eat foods can't be handled with bare hands, thank you staff. I even noticed the hot food prep staff came up to assist and changed his gloves. Please note you should always change gloves after changing tasks, kudos staff. This place can get busy can you blame them it's where to be when you want the right sandwich(s). Made perfectly every time because they listen to how you want, and it's prepared without the impression you are asking for too much. Food made your way the right way every time. The staff handles the crowd with ease everyone's tone remain the same, you are acknowledged that you are in line it's just wonderful customer service hands down! I want to thank the staff/management/Owner for staying real people, having real conversations with all human beings. You are the definition of lead by example. “The best Subway I have ever been to not only Greensboro but anywhere. The restaurant was very clean and loved they have all the plastic up makes me feel like it is even cleaner. But yesterday a group of gentleman were working and there were quite a few people in line and I can say this was the best service I have ever received from a food establishment.
