To begin, I really enjoy the way this place lets you build your own taco. It's a good way to pick the toppings and type of taco you want and be able to know up-charges for toppings you'll incur. Last week, I was staying in Raleigh at the Hampton Inn, which is right around the corner from Armadillo Grill. It was lunchtime and I was super starved, and remembered seeing the Armadillo Grill on my walk around Glenwood Ave the night before.
