EDIT 2/2/2024: had to change my review from 4 to 5 stars after visiting today (first time in a few years) and having the most delightful experience! My husband and I assumed they only had their signature waffles for food options, but were pleased to see they now have other things as well, so we each ordered a quiche (1 lorraine and 1 spinach). My wife and I have been coming to Benelux since it first opened a long time ago, and have visited regularly through previous owners. I am so pleased with the work that Luis and his team are doing since taking over! The space is now more inviting, the team is friendlier, and the coffee is the best it's ever been.
