We ordered and paid for 25 tender party pack. Only received 20 tenders and 4 biscuits and was supposed to receive 25 tenders and 5 biscuits. The people were very pleasant inside and the food was excellent. If we would have received what we paid for this establishment would have received 5 stars.
I went to Bojangles for a Sunday lunch in the drive-through, where I did not receive any sauces, straws, or seasoning on my fries. I discovered their sweet tea is always terrible, so I switched to soda, yet I did not receive a straw. I ordered a three-piece supreme and received the tinest tenders ever- they were also burnt. Please take a look at how my box looked when I opened it! I want to love this location, but it's not in the cards for me.

I had gone in and asked about the new rice bowl that is out. The cashier didn't know about it so he asked someone else. Well, the other person told me that they don't do that and that I needed to go to KFC for that. That pissed me off a bit. I even went and pulled up the ad and showed it to the cashier. He apologized but the other guy didn't care. He was a bit rude about it all. The cashier was great and friendly.
