I love Bruegger's and I always have. This Bruegger's is probably the best in the area even though other ones in the area have gone downhill. I wish they would invest in the atmosphere so it would be more comfortable to sit down and eat. The staff is great. The blonde lady up at the register is super friendly and executes orders efficiently which is harder than you think. She knows my order which is extra nice and I order frequently. Best Bruggers in all of Raleigh. The staff gets to know you by name. The service is great. Bagels are made correctly with no skimping on toppings like other bruggers. You can sit inside eat and relax unlike other bruggers in Raleigh. The team works together for great customer service 5 stars all around

The food tastes good but unfortunately there is consistent issues when ordering for delivery. Last time I ordered a bagel bundle and they forgot the tub of creamcheese. The bundle is four dollars extra with the cream cheese. This time I ordered two farmhouse sandwiches and paid for Avacado to be added to each of them (it’s 1.75 extra on postmates). They forgot to add to both of them, which to me is a relatively pricey mistake. I do not recommend getting delivery from this location...read full review
