Poor service. Visited April 9, 2024 around 8pmJust an FYI This location has a walkup window and drive through. There is no indoor dinning room.Order for a party of 4 via the app while sitting at the outside tables. After 15 mins not hearing my order called out, I walked up to the window to be told they were still "working on it". After 5 more mins I walked back up to be told they were "waiting on fries". There were clearly fries ready. Containers full of fries of all sizes...read full review
I had to circle the building twice before I figured out how to enter the line for drive-thru service. I mentioned it to the manager and did not comment or try to explain why this process andtraffic flow.

This location has a disastrous flow for traffic that leads to incoming traffic blocking outgoing traffic. Cars get stuck because some idiot makes it so no one can leave. Then, that idiot can't get out of the way because others are blocked by the cars that can't leave.Also, forgot multiple items in my order and didn't offer a refund.
