ok so I eat at this McDonald's A LOT because I work close by! I have only had one issue and they politely fixed it no questions asked everyone is human and everyone makes mistakes I understand but I want to speak on my experience today I saw as I come in and order my lunch there is an older gentleman standing at the counter waiting on his food complaining about everything!! Filthy restaurant. The floor is so greasy; my sneaker would slide on it so easily it's almost comically funny. A little more grease you can start skating around the dining room. It's truly disgusting. Staff is very slow and obviously very incompetent, careless, or both. It took my order long time to prepare, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. I've seen other bad mcdonald's before, but this one takes the cake.
