This place was in walking distance of our hotel and had a variety of food in the menu. I got the meatloaf and though I don't like mushrooms the gravy was really really good so I just picked around them. You get a decent amount of food and the potatoes were delicious. I also got a Moscow mule and it was made perfectly. My server was very attentive and made sure to also give me time to enjoy my meal. Seating is decent in the inside and they also have outdoor seating.

We made a brunch reservation at Parkside so we could ensure we had a hearty meal before heading to the first day of Dreamville ... and a hearty meal was exactly what we got (& even came back the next day for another meal bc this first one was so dang good). The restaurant was lively, buzzing and busy and service was A+ despite this. We ordered the mimosa flight because what's brunch without mimosas and we went with the Pimento Cheese with Fried Saltine Crackers and the Fried Pickle Spears since these were two things we've never had ... OOOOOOMMMMGGGGG OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The crackers left us speechless because they by themselves are a bite your mouth thanks you for and with the pimento cheese it's an all around party! The pickles were super crunchy and fried to perfection and we couldn't stop eating them. I had the fried pork chop and cheddar waffle with a side of cheese grits for my entree and that pork chop was fried to PERFECTION! They also add on diced peaches and a side of a peach puree which at first I was like I don't know about this ... but clearly Parkside did because the combo was MAGICAL! Oh and the cheese grits ... probably the best I've ever had! Our meal left us stuffed but we literally needed more which is why we came back the very next day lol! Highly recommend Parkside when you're in the mood for the best brunch food!

Was excited to try this place but had really bad service. Sat down at 5:30 and waitress was too busy to take our order. Decided to leave after an hour and go to one of the other local restaurants so we could eat at a reasonable time. Will try again some other time and hope they get the service thing sorted out.

The service was good, the food was delicious!! Came here on Easter and there was a really long wait for inside but no wait for outside. We sat outside and it was a beautiful day. I had never been here before but all of the food was fresh and delicious! Can't wait to go back and try different items!

I had made a reservation, but we didn't even need it for 6:00 on a Tuesday. There weren't many people there, so we got quick service. I got a sour that was good, and the meat and three, which was fried chicken that day. I got broccoli, fries, and a Caesar salad as my sides. They give you a hefty serving size. I could have split this meal. I took home a lot of leftovers. It was very tasty and I loved the crispiness of the fries. The broccoli was well seasoned too. I would definitely come again.

Nice breakfast spot. Started with a Bloody Mary-delicious. Had one of the brunch specials-Corned Beef Hash (it was St. Patrick's Day), as did 2 other people in my party. The other person has the Breakfast Reuben. All was very good. Our server was excellent and fixed a small glitch with one of the orders that was a miscommunication-no problem. We all enjoyed our meals.

Had an early Sunday brunch here. Strong prime rib scramble bowl. It's a savory breakfast and I would get it again. I'm curious to try the rest of the menu, though!

Chicken and waffle sandwich was 3/10 kinda cold and not crispy and the chicken was room temp and not that flavorful. The biscuits and gravy were a 6/10 good flavor and portion size. We also got the peach mason and it’s okay, will get ya tipsy but not very sweet. The banana foster was 7/10 sweet and yummy but coulda had more banana on top, the grits were pretty solid not super runny 8/20. A little loud inside and kinda pricey but expected for downtown Raleigh. Deviled eggs were cold and just alright. 6/10

Excellent food and service! The fish and chips are fire and the drinks are on point. We ate about 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and there was no crowds or wait.
