Very disappointing. Poor service and steak was tasteless. Sat for 15 minutes before ordering beverages while server waited on other nearby tables with no acknowledgment. The restaurant was highly recommended but unfortunately the food lacked taste and quality.

Family funeral reception dinner went well & we were served graciously and professionally. The reserved room and courtyard was comfortable and pleasant with the fire pits and wicker chairs. The waiters graciously brought some of the chairs from the inside to the outside patio because the weather was so nice.

Had the 16 oz ribeye, blacken. Was good, not great. Sides were excellent.

My family and I dined at Rey’s this past Saturday evening. It took almost an hour for our entrees to arrive at the table. Our beef and seafood entrees were just okay, nothing special. We were somewhat disappointed. Not what we would expect for the price point. Oh well.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. The service was excellent. This restaurant has a very romantic and comfortable ambiance. The food was pretty good . We ordered the filet , French quarter chicken and potatoes lyonnaise. Not the best steak I've had but it was good . Overall 8/10 from us :)

I've not done a review in a while. As soon as my meal was finished tonight, I was compelled to leave one. We were greeted with kindness and treated as if we were genuinely special. I'm upset that I forgot my waitresses' name because she was truly amazing and deserves a shout-out. I called before they opened and spoke with a hostess who was very accommodating. I dropped off flowers for an anniversary dinner to be passed out with our drinks. We don't eat a ton, so we decided to split a plate. They handled that and everything else with such class. I loved it and will absolutely be coming back and suggesting it to everyone who needs to feel special on a night out, even if the restaurant is busy.

Went here to celebrate our son's 21st birthday. Food and service was good but NOT worth the money. Ended up spending $325 for 4. Granted now I knew how much it was going to be but IMO it's outrageous. To end the dinner however we gave the hostess $400 and was expecting change. Never did i say keep the change. We waited 15 minutes and I finally asked with my hand up "miss?" She ignored me. I asked again, she ignored me. Asked a 3rd time, ignored me. What wait staff doesn't ask if you want change just out of respect for you? Tried finding the manager but he was AWOL. You have been warned.

First time eating here, the food is expensive, but generally it is tasty. Ordered the tuna appetizer, beef tournedos, and ribeye special with a side of au gratin potatoes. The ribeye was an absurd price, over $70 without a side. It was tasty, but there was a ton of inedible cartilage, and it wasn't really tender compared to other ribeyes I've had for much cheaper elsewhere. Beef tournedos were tasty, but the shrimp was just ok, pretty flavorless. Au gratin potatoes were good for the parts that were fully cooked, but some good chunks of the potatoes were pretty raw. The tuna appetizer was good, I wish it was a bit more seared tasting and really would have liked more wasabi cream, the amount provided was enough for one dip.Our server was great. He was super helpful in picking dishes and explaining how it works. When other staff came by it was less desirable, they literally took our bread basket without asking us so we had no more bread. They took dishes with food still on them because we stopped eating for a second. They do it so fast that you can't even react to it. The dining area is pretty mediocre looking for this expensive of food. Cutlery is low end, the steak knives barely cut through the steak, it was a struggle.Overall it was $170 for 2 people without any drinks, our server did give us a free take home dessert though since it was our first time there. We want to go back and try other dishes, but it's really expensive to get some inedible food and end up with food being taken away before finishing.

This was my 1st experience dining at Rey's Restaurant and I will not be returning. Our appetizers were brought out 1 hour after ordering, and our filets were all very much undercooked. The establishment was nice, but the service was disappointing.

2 starts to the crème brûlée ?. The service was great, until your bill comes with the amount of tip already written on it with a PEN. Yep, the guy chose for me and everyone on my table, 7 total, the amount of the tip. Kid of weird.I do not recommend this place for my friends or family. But, go try for yourself and hopefully your food won’t be too salty ?

Food was amazing. We had 9 people In my party and had our own room which was elegant and private. The service toward the end of the night, however, was a bit slow. I would still go again.

Absolutely amazing restaurant! The service was impeccable, and the ambiance was fantastic. It was my first time there, and my husband definitely impressed me by picking this place for an early Christmas surprise. It was also a celebration for us for some accomplishments related to our careers. The decor was beautiful and we had a table right by the fireplace. The food was delicious. I had blackened salmon and my husband had a chicken dish that I can't recall the name. Both entrées were served hot and were very flavorful. I did not care for the lobster Mac and cheese, but my husband thought it tasted pretty good. The creme brulee was some of the best I have ever tasted. We will definitely be back.
