I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Southern Craft Sandwiches for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. Not only did I return for a second visit, but I found their offerings to surpass those of competitors like Jersey Mike’s in both quality and affordability. The superior craftsmanship evident in their bread, meat, and produce truly sets them apart. Additionally, their exceptional customer service contributed to an overall outstanding dining experience.

First time trying food here today April 20th 2024. I ordered the ham and turkey club online. And when I went inside although the line was long and full. Your sub is waiting on the side line which makes it much faster. No one is there to call out to go orders, but its understood you can go around the line and get your sub.These subs are amazingly fresh and the bread is delicious. The sub is made full of whatever you like and thick and delicious.The sub was thick and rich not falling all apart or sogey which was a BONUS!!These people truly love what they do and care about the quality of their products served.

Gross. Strange squishy ham with paper thin slice of swiss cheese that didn't even cover the entire sandwich (what a terrible cost-cutting measure for a sandwich shop.) Overpowering amount of mustard and old translucent onions. Only thing I could taste was the mustard and onions. For $9 plus tip was a complete joke. Would never waste my money here again.

I have been dying to find a delicious, locally owned sandwich shop and this place did not disappoint! The guys were so nice and the sandwiches were exactly what we were craving. Kids had turkey & provolone and ham & cheddar while the husband had a Chipotle Steak & Cheese and I had the Italian. To top it off, the shop is located in Lafayette Square so we got some steps in after we ate. Will definitely be back!

If you like Tuna Melts, this is the place to go. Crispy perfectly grilled bread sandwiches a generous amount of tuna salad. The cheese is melty and I had the good fortune of getting a sandwich where there was just a bit of crispy cheese on a couple of edges. The shredded lettuce and tomato were not expected but a very welcome addition. Friendly service, sandwiches made with care, and in a location where its fun to walk off your lunch a bit before leaving makes this a place where I will definitely be returning.

I had one of the best turkey sandwiches of my life here. My daughter got something with pastrami, which I also tasted and was also great. There is a little bit of indoor seating, and some tables outside if the weather is nice. The inside doesn't have much unique ambiance yet, although it's cool this place used to be a butcher shop, but I can't wait to go back and try some of their other sandwiches.
