I have been dying to find a delicious, locally owned sandwich shop and this place did not disappoint! The guys were so nice and the sandwiches were exactly what we were craving. Kids had turkey & provolone and ham & cheddar while the husband had a Chipotle Steak & Cheese and I had the Italian. To top it off, the shop is located in Lafayette Square so we got some steps in after we ate. Will definitely be back!
If you like Tuna Melts, this is the place to go. Crispy perfectly grilled bread sandwiches a generous amount of tuna salad. The cheese is melty and I had the good fortune of getting a sandwich where there was just a bit of crispy cheese on a couple of edges. The shredded lettuce and tomato were not expected but a very welcome addition.
