Ramen noodle at this restaurant is the best one in town. It is an authentic Japanese Ramen noodle. The chef was trained in Japan. The noodle is not an instant noodle, a real one and boiled to a perfect tenderness which I am picky about. Recently they started serving coffee and I was impressed by the quality of this coffee. The waiter, Nick is a coffee lover and made sure I got a good one. I love here. ❤
My favorite Asian fusion restaurant in Raleigh!! I always order their Pad Thai and/or Tonkotsu ramen. Though everything on their menu is super tasty and freshly cooked. The man who manages the place there is also very sweet. I normally don’t visit often but when I do, he’d remember my face (despite the mask) and ask how I’ve been doing which is so refreshing to hear as a customer.Impressed with their excellent customer service and amazing food. We've been here several times now. Everything we try is delicious!! My favorite is the Evil Jungle Noodles with chicken, and the Drunken Noodles are the best anywhere. Terrific customer service as well. Definitely our favorite restaurant!
