After sitting at our table for 15 minutes with zero acknowledgment from any waiters, and watching another table receive prompt service, we decided to leave. The menu was promising and we were bummed to leave but the lack of service was unacceptable.

We were so excited to finally eat here! We checked out the online menu before coming, and it said there was an omakase option for $85. When we arrived, we didn’t see that option on the menu so we asked about it. Our server said they could do it but asked us how much we wanted to spend. My husband said he saw $85 online and our server seemed puzzled by that amount. I’ve never been asked how much I wanted to spend on omakase so it was a little awkward and odd. The food was great. I had takoyaki, a roll, and a few nigiri pieces. My husband’s omakase spread was great and very filling. The Paper Crane cocktail was amazing, while the Okinawa Breeze was way too much raspberry. It needed something else to balance it out. Overall we enjoyed it and will be back, but I think there needs to be some clarification on the omakase.

This place was just amazing! The Sushi was out of this world. It didn’t taste fishy at all. Super fresh. It fills you up as well so 1 or 2 rolls is plenty!

Got a table for 2, after the drinks were served and our waiter never came back for almost 20 mins.Sure you could forget that you had a table but when I walked up to the front to just pay for the drinks and leave, they brought in some other guy who didn’t even apologize and just said ‘they aren’t my table’. The front lady was really nice but the fact that he didn’t even apologize is what annoyed me.I get that you could forget stuff when you’re busy but at least the manager could’ve came out and apologized.Wasted almost 20 minutes of my time.
