I hate to even do this but you guys have still not fixed your bug situation at the scales at McDonald's in Reidsville. The place is so full of gnats that they fly on your food while eating. Then one day my husband found one on his coffee and the manager said they had been spraying and the situation had been fixed but low and behold this morning when my food was brought home to me there was a live gnat in the wrapper. More food wasted and thrown in the trash ?️ .. also when we ordered burgers a few weeks ago, it and the wrapper was wet and dripping. Took it back inside and the claimed it was grease from the burgers smh. We were regulars but the bug problem has become too much.

The Prices keep on going up and up . The new raised prices are not on the menu board for the people to see the changes . I have a very low opinion of McDonald's now because of their deceptive ways to the American people ! Their food sucks anyway, I think ! No offense to any of the workers there .

I ordered my kids food from McDonald's in Reidsville and the doordash driver named Mark didn't deliver the food and didn't take a picture either. I went to McDonald's on S Scales St and talked to the manager Ryan and he handled the situation properly. He found the missing order and blocked the thief plus reported the individual. I have high respect for Ryan and his workers at McDonald's they done everything right, thanks to those honest workers. Thanks so much and my kids are happy and appreciative.Kid-friendliness: The kids love their food and the happy meal with the toys, thanks so much.

When you want something quick, affordable, and tasty, McDonald's is the place to grab a snack or a meal... Anytime. Scale street McDs in Reidsville NC is open 24 hours. It's so quick and easy. Either order on the App, go thru the drive thru or walk in.... Anyway, anytime you prefer...we'll if you want it fast, don't order a frappe they will send you up to the 3rd window in the drive thru and forget about you...at least 4 times for me anyway

Ita hit or miss - the service and staff are so friendly however my iced coffee is never the same twice - sometimes its old coffee and bitter, sometimes they forget the liquid sugar, other times not enough ice and ita warm. What a a mess.
