I ordered my kids food from McDonald's in Reidsville and the doordash driver named Mark didn't deliver the food and didn't take a picture either. I went to McDonald's on S Scales St and talked to the manager Ryan and he handled the situation properly. He found the missing order and blocked the thief plus reported the individual. I go here for my kids and a quick meal, but seems like every time I come here they always forget something. It’s always either the sandwich or a side of fries. I don’t want to keep going back twice for something I ordered and want it right the first time
