This was the best Salisbury locations but Not anymore. Waited in the drive through for 10 min until I went up to the window and the workers inside told me that they had to close because they were short staffed. There we 3 employees that I could see. I've been back a few more times over the past 3 weeks and they have been very slow. Usually around 5 minutes in the drive through. DD should take this location from the franchise owner!
I recently had a disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The wait time was excessively long, my order was incorrect, and the customer service was subpar. I hope they can improve their efficiency and service in the future but I won’t be returning back

Nice workers most the days i go except today, March 13th,2024. Young boy with a hood on his head never once was friendly.. Low score because the drive thru is always slow! You would think a coffee place would be fast to make sure people make it to work in time.
