Service is slow which is fixable, but omg this place is disgusting. No kind of structure or organization. The young men do not present themselves professional. Nor does the white female that be there in the morning. Hate to say it but all of them look dirty. Want be back to this location and yes I’m calling corporate. They need a sanitation check asap!!

Nice workers most the days i go except today, March 13th,2024. Young boy with a hood on his head never once was friendly.. Low score because the drive thru is always slow! You would think a coffee place would be fast to make sure people make it to work in time.

It's slow when pressure is on , line around the building and there was no speed . It took like 35 min. Really wouldn't go back unless things change.
Not all dunkin doughnuts are created equal. The only way too experience a "real dunkin" is to go to one in the New England area. You order a macchiato and you get a latte every time. It's ridiculous. /24 same old thing, I ordered a macchiato and got milk with a tiny shot of espresso. I had to go in to get another shot of espresso to add to it to make it a macchiato. No smiling faces, everyone working there looked like they were either confused or very unhappy.

This was the best Salisbury locations but Not anymore. Waited in the drive through for 10 min until I went up to the window and the workers inside told me that they had to close because they were short staffed. There we 3 employees that I could see. I've been back a few more times over the past 3 weeks and they have been very slow. Usually around 5 minutes in the drive through. DD should take this location from the franchise owner!

I don't know what has changed but lately this dunkin has been absolutely terrible. Came through this morning just for them to have no customers but I still had to wait 6 minutes before having to drive up to the window to get them to acknowledge me. I have also come through for a frozen coffee for it to be bitter and not even blended being more chunky with the ice than your typical slushy.
