This is the real deal. Everything on this menu is delicious! Yes, I have tried every single item because it’s that good. It’s family run & a fixture in Salisbury. You won’t taste Cuban food like this anywhere else because it does have a Spanish influence, like from Spain. The food is fresh & full of flavor!I’m not sure why people think Cuban food is Mexican. I cannot recommend this place enough! If there were a rating above 4 stars Mambos definitely deserves it! Everything was outstanding. From the drinks, to the food, to the Cuban Espresso, things just continued to amaze us. When, not IF (because you HAVE to go), you go ask for Shana as your server. Not only was she friendly and attentive, but she took the time to really help us understand the menu and made sure we were comfortable with our dining choices!

My son and I had dinner and loved everything we ate. It was too much food, but we wanted to try a lot, so we shared the tropical sampler, garlic shrimp, olives, fried potatoes, beans and rice, and flan. He hadn't eaten Cuban food before and was very impressed. The atmosphere and decor is really special. They also have a great choice of beer on tap, wine, and cocktails.
