My husband and I went for date night with low expectations. The food and atmosphere was great. The service was good. The bartender was well informed about the beers on draft and the food. It's a great place to just chill.
This is one of the happiest gut calls I've made in a long time! My friend was in town in CLT and wanted to meet halfway between CLT and Winston. What's halfway Salisbury, and what's in Salisbury... Shug's!! This place was great! It has a local bar feel with an inviting ambiance and very friendly staff! The burger and drinks I had there were delicious all around and I would definitely come back for the cocktails they had! Personally I think the Buffalo Chicken Egg roll was a pass...read full review

Made to order, fresh everytime, worth the wait. If you support local businesses that support local businesses... you can't beat the local food products that are used on the menu. We love the 2nd Sunday Brunch.
