“Food was great. A lot but it’s always nice bringing home leftovers. Suggestion to get rid of stroform cups to decrease expense and less waste plus having customers take too much. Possibly get a different kind of paperfor to go items for the food that is strurdy and biodegradable. Suggestion to put garbage and plates station in the middle between the dishwasher and out doors for ease the action that focuses on getting dishes to the washer and for the garbage that goes out the door. Smart thinking about keeping garbage open so that it may not need to be washed so much. Thank you kindly.“

“Stopped here a few years ago randomly and this was the best I’ve had in my life hands down and forgot where I stopped soo long ago. I promised the owners that if i liked the food I would write a review sorry it’s taken soo long but I’m on my way down the interstate and I’m stopping by!!! “Stopped out of curiosity- wasn't terribly hungry. I was greeted with a smile and told that 2 tacos would be perfect for my hunger level. Don't know what got into me- I generally don't order fish from a food truck unless I'm familiar with it- but I had a hankering for it so got the fish tacos. I was so pleasantly surprised. And for $6, you cannot go wrong.The location is kind off the beaten path, and there were still cars in and out mid-afternoon. “I've gone to Mr. Juan's for a number of years now and every time has been wonderful. Mr. Juan himself and the rest of his family and staff have always been very kind and outgoing with their service and in my experience they treat you like family. (Juan and his daughter offer me and my family "the usual" on occasion as an example and nowhere else I've regularly been has been that personal)And as a standout item among a menu full of standout items Mr. Juan's has some of the best margaritas we've ever had at a price that makes them dangerous due to their affordability. “Best QuesaBirria I have had in my life. A friend of my husband's recommended this new truck to us. Soo glad we stopped, it made my day. My husband got a burrito and I got the QuesaBirria. It was moist, FULL OF FLAVOR, perfect texturally and the broth..omg. Very drinkable, and I did drink it. And chewed it. I loved the fresh onion and cilantro in the broth also. The crew was super sweet especially with our terrible spanish. There is seating inside and outside, you choose. Plenty of drinks in the coolers inside also. 10/10 will go back.“
