I am not sure how Chick-fil-A recognizes their employees when an employee is appreciated for their work. I wish the menu would be before the person taking orders. This is not the only take out place that has the menu right at ordering, then one has to rush to order something, sometimes I would like to look and possibly try something different without being rushed.
