My favorite fast food place to eat ,excellent costumer service always. food is great, salads ? are my favorites and my grand son loves chicken strips and the when we dine in the place always clean and the fresh flowers on tables ,love that!!!!
Do not apply to work here. It’s not worth it. The management is absolutely horrible, very petty, and immature. You’d never know it was being run by people that are supposed to be adults. They do not treat employees equally. My daughter started working there in Nov of 23 when she was 15 I will say they follow the rules for 15 year olds having to work there but that’s about the only positive. The equipment is garbage they are always having something go out fryers, heaters, iPads, headsets. There policy is no colored hair, no nose piercings, no fake nails, no necklaces, etc, but it seems that policy only applies to certain people. While I understand that Chick Fila is a Christian company you also need to evolve with the times to keep employees. My daughter was almost written up for having fake nails that were super short and a solid color and some days it was fine she had them and others it wasn’t. Same with her nose stud. She was told as long as it was a stud it was fine then the policy has been thrown in her face about it a few times. Conflicting information. Management sets you up for failure. She asked to have April 20 off blocked it out in the scheduling app but was scheduled anyway. Messaged in the same app to say she would not be in Friday and Saturday a manager messaged her directly and told her to speak with another manager Hannah about her employment on Saturday when she didn’t show up. In the Text from the “manager” (said lightly) it talked about immediate termination. So she messaged a day or two later to ask if she was fired since she was still on the schedule. She was totally ignored (this is a problem with management too total lack of communication and they do not respond if you ask a question). Today she picked up another employees shift. She messaged a head of time to make sure she was on the schedule and was told by Ashley who approved the shift that she was. She went all the way up there only to be told she was fired. The also had been unprofessionally telling other employees in front of customers about it and they were All staring at her as she walked in. All that was uncalled for. Why make her unnecessarily go up there when she asked ahead of time. Mind you there have been others that were no shows that are still employed there. There are also girls employed that have fake nails. Check out instagram and Facebook they are pictured. There are also girls with nose rings and colored hair. They sent a girl home last week because she had a bit of pink in her hair leftover from prom. In todays day when most don’t want to work why would you push out employees that do work because they have a bit of color in their hair or fake nails i understand having limits but really. Guess if you do decide to work there kiss up and be a favorite so you can do what you want.

Food quality varies, pretty good overall. Place is more so meant for kids, so it's I bit dirty. But employees are extremely nice! So yeah, I do recommend going here, so try it atleast once!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, there is also a playplace!

I used to go out of my way to eat at this place. In the last 6-7 months every Chik-fil-A I frequent has poor customer service and the food is going downhill.I ordered a chicken breakfast burrito and a yogurt. I was told they sold out of yogurt. It was 7:30am???? I asked the manager about this and she said they didnt have any and that they havent been able to get certain food items for a while. I received the burrito and when I opened it, it was stale and the ingredients were falling out.I would rate this store F- for everything.

I am not sure how Chick-fil-A recognizes their employees when an employee is appreciated for their work. I ask management to take a moment to acknowledge at least two employees who helped me yesterday evening at the drive-thru, 4 April 2024Sanford NC Restaurant27332Ms. Gabby and Ms. Brittany. Both of those young ladies exercised professionalism and wonderful customer service during my drive thru experience. Each of them informed me of the latest products when I approached them. Each of these employees even followed up with me to see if I wanted anything else from Chick-fil-A.Please take a moment to acknowledge these two young ladies for their outstanding service. I also want to acknowledge the employee(s) who trained Ms. Gabby and Ms. Brittany. My wife and I stopped for a quick lunch , she ordered a 12 piece nuggets w med fries and an unsweetened tea! I asked for a grilled spicey delux and was told they do not have a grilled spicey delux the best she could come up with was a grilled delux with pepper jack cheese which I agreed to along with a medium frie and a medium unsweetened tea ! We get our food and the most part it was good! The fries were hot and very fresh ! Excellent! My sandwich the bunn seemed old it was firm and would crumble and split apart ! It was bad to be honest ! So at home I am thinking about complaining about the stale bun when I discover that I had been fed an untruth about the grilled spicey delux ! The quality of available employee had been on a downward trend over the past few years I would think you could at least train your staff taking orders as to what you have on your menu as well keep a supply of fresh sandwich buns as the bread can make or break a great sandwich !!’ Order number 14964684 !

I ordered a small catering order for a meeting. Not sure you'd even call it catering since it was just 15 sandwiches and 18 cookies. When I asked about the sauces I had requested in the notes, I was told I could only get ketchup and mayo for the sandwiches. Apparently, when ordering multiple sandwiches and spending $130+ on food, sauces are not included and have to be purchased in addition. This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard and have not encountered this at any other Chik Fil A when ordering for meetings. However, if I would have ordered 15 individual sandwiches, I would have been offered sauces. The manager was nice but said it was the operator's decision. I was in awe about this. Not to mention, my catering order that I preordered online the day before was 20 minutes late.
