This is the absolute WORST Cracker Barrel I've been to. I keep thinking it'll change and wait in between visits only to find somehow its worse. My food comes out cold and then I have to wait longer for the food they forget to deliver EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.DO NOT COME HERE TO EAT...

We had Kaylie as our server. She is such a sweet young lady. So attentive and on point, very good job. The food was good. Roast beef is tender and delicious. I loved the crust on the chicken pot pie ? I really wish that the gravy would have had more flavor and veggies, It's 98% gravy and chicken pieces.

Service was horrible. I was about 20 mins before a waitress came over and that was after I asked another server if we had a waitress. Then is wasn't really busy and too over an hr to get our food.

I really miss the old cracker barrel. Same building and same decor but the menu and food has changed. Overall feel of the place has changed. Food doesn't taste the same. At one time, I'd drive way out of my way to eat at a cracker barrel. Now I eat there just out of convenience.

I ordered the Turkey and stuffing and the stuffing was like cornbread broken up and gravy put on it. Did not like it at all. I also ordered over the phone and the person told me it will be ready at 1:30 pm which was ok but food was cold and I live 5- 8 minutes away.

Our experience at this one was terrible. My girlfriend and I went there to have breakfast and we’re seated pretty quicklyUpon being seated, the waiter came by and said he’d be with us in a few minutes after about 15 minutes the waiter finally approached us he apologized and finally brought us something to drink and brought some biscuits and took our order. We waited another 15 to 20 minutes and still no food so we asked him about it and he came back and told us I’m sorry I put the wrong table number on your order, so I’m trying to get your food rush now.Say another 15 minutes later still no food and we sat there and watched why people around us who had arrived after we did we’re getting their food delivered to their tableso I asked for the store manager. she finally arrived was visibly upset and appeared annoyed that we were using up her time to file a complaint. Although the store manager did give us a half hearted apologize, there was absolutely nothing done to compensate us for our waiting there for over an hour. we finally left and went ate somewhere else
