Went through the drive thru- line was a little long, and wait per car seemed about 3-5 minutes. (4 cars in front of me, 2 behind me).Greeted through the order, the lady read back my order which was great! When I got to the window, another genuine lady greeted for payment-Not a huge deal, but it seemed peeking through the window there was ample team members hanging about. Overall, wasn’t a terrible experience, just a slightly longer wait time in line than used to.
This dunkin staff is awesome they all should get a raise. The drive through is packed til the parking lot from the next store, Inside also packed amd still everyone was friendly and things got done quickly. Some customers are ugly and they still nice.
