Donuts were old, I asked for a dozen of chocolate and dozen of powdered sugarCovered. THEY HAD 2 OF EACH. So I got some donut holes. Tasted terrible.Had to throw them out. The covered Donuts were the same.

If I could give a no star that would have been exactly what my service was today! Ordered on the app like always but didn’t have anything I payed for then refused a refund because they are not skilled enough? They’ve done it before but they just didn’t know how?? The manager I spoke with wouldn’t give corporates number and said I had to obtain my refund through the app after a half hour of looking I received it! Definitely will take my business to Starbucks from now on! Might cost more but won’t get treated like dirt!

This location is definitely one of the cleanest fast food places in the area. Stop to grab a sugar-free coconut vanilla iced tea!? Staff were friendly!

Extremely rude and horrible service. Server gave a big sigh when we asked for a moment to look. Window staff was very rude and kept rolling their eyes the whole time. Drink was given to me not full and not made correctly, got hot coffee spilled all over and dripping. Worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin. Would never visit this one again.

The service was terrible. The man that took my order acted annoyed that I was there ordering coffee. When I got to my car and sipped the coffee, it seems that he made it with only cream and hot water. The way he acted, I am about sure he did this on purpose. I will not be back.

Literally the slowest Dunkin ever. I go every Friday-Sunday and I wait in the drivethru 40-50 mins everyday. I have no idea what could possibly take a drive thru that long. It’s absolutely insane. Someone really needs to step in and train them on how a drivethru should work.
