This McDonalds in Shelby at the mall needs some help!! The staff that they have is awesome!! They’re very friendly and they are always there!! But they need some staff to help them out! I went for lunch around 11:20 6/22/2022 and I'm so glad. The service was fast \\u0026 friendly and the food was hot and fresh. The crew is doing a great job. I'll be back.

My kids always want to stop here and I always dread it. Customer service is always bad and apples in the happy meals are always old. Can never get lemons for your tea. Always under staffed and slow. Just not a great place to eat.
