Not even busy sat in line 15 minutes till I drove off 2nd person in line only 1 car in window when I drove around looking more like a drug deal then food service

Found a hair in my fry container. Was so mad I threw the rest of the container out. Was mad at first cause I ordered 3 large meals. I got medium servings of fries. Hair nets need to be worn. That is a health issue. No one wants to eat some random persons hair let alone any hairs at that. Quite grossed out by this find today. Recommend to look through your order before eating you may consume a hair if you are not careful. Also the picture of the burger should say it all reguading the food. If your going to change that much then make dang sure the food is worth it. Rip off and greatly heated.

McDonald's is McDonald's. Daughter ordered a sugar free vanilla coffee...cream/milk was bad..the coffee had curdles and made her sick after just a sip.

Trash all-over the floor. Bathroom smells so bad that cannot use it. These are simple items a manager should be proactively solving or fixing themselves!
I usually don’t do this..but this is ridiculous.. I ordered through the mobile app..went they the drive thru speaker no wait, no problem..but when I got to the second window I was asked to pull to the door..didn’t say why I needed to pull up..after 10 minutes of waiting..I get out of my car and go in..my frappe I ordered is sitting there halfway melted and the employees are laughing and drinking and having a good time no worry In the world..which is a great thing I believe we should have fun at our jobs..BUT at the appropriate times..I got one ladies attention and told her I had been waiting ten minutes and she jumped right on it..come to find out I was waiting because they ran out of gravy…at 8:30 in the morning..!!! which is also ridiculous..so I still had to stand there another 3 minutes to wait on the gravy to get done..so I got my yes.. hot gravy biscuit and my melted frappe!! I go to McDonald’s EVERYDAY to get at least a frappe.. we should be getting better service than this..

I don't usually post reviews but this will be the last we will go back to this location. Customer service was horrible. Most employees were not in dress code which I get most teenagers hate a dress code. I hate it as an adult but it is part of the job to look presentable especially while working with the public. The floors and tables were sticky and dirty. No employees were wearing gloves while handling food but it also seemed as though there was a lack of guidance. There was a few employees lost as to which food went where with very little answers to any questions they had. They might have been having an off night but unfortunately it was enough for us.

My kids always want to stop here and I always dread it. Customer service is always bad and apples in the happy meals are always old. Can never get lemons for your tea. Always under staffed and slow. Just not a great place to eat.

This McDonalds in Shelby at the mall needs some help!! The staff that they have is awesome!! They’re very friendly and they are always there!! But they need some staff to help them out! The one thing I do not like about either of the McDonald’s in Shelby is it seems like every time you try to order a “caramel frappe” the machine is down or they’re cleaning it! I mean I know these things happen and it needs to be cleaned but you would think they would clean it at a “not so busy” time and the machine wouldn’t mysteriously tear up every time I’m there to order one… just saying. I love the staff at both McDonalds! They def have the right people for the job now! But the one drink people love love love love and can’t live without…you can’t get it when you want it!! Just a thought McD!! ???

I went for lunch around 11:20 6/22/2022 and I'm so glad. The service was fast \\u0026 friendly and the food was hot and fresh. The crew is doing a great job. I'll be back.
