Horrible! And I never complain! Got a coffee and it was nothing but ice, literally only got two sips of it. Got a Reese’s blast, and paid for extra Reese and got none, except for a few on top so I went back around to nicely inform them, and he was so rude. Some red headed guy, I’m assuming the manager - said “it’s in powder form”. WTF. No. Zero Reese. But yeah ok invisible powedered Reese’s lol
the food at Sonic tonight was bad not hot none of it the smash burger cold an small nothing like the pic an chili cheese tots where cold for the price should be hot an not just stick something on there when we come to Shelby we stop there but this time the people just didn't care about heating the food or making fresh very disappointing
They are not allowed to give refunds after you order and they are out of an item(s). I ordered Mozzarella sticks $4.49 and they replaced it with a drink, which was 1/2 price and so I lost money.
