Ordered food at 8am today, Sunday (Nov 5th)morning. The woman who was doing the intercom/ ordering....... wow. So rude. Her demeanor made us want to stop ordering and go somewhere else. She should not be taking orders. We were a complete burden to her. I get it was a big order but isn't that good for Dunkin Donuts, that we spend a lot of money?? Don't spread your negative vibes to the customers. Our food tasted good and the woman who took our payment was fine.
Just want to say the service was great. Also hope the lady in the black Ford Fusion, that paid for our order will see this. We were in the black GMC truck. The young man at the window said you paid for our order because you seen the Marine sticker on the truck.. Thank you! Really appreciate it.. I wish some one was behind me so I could have paid it forward. Thanks again. Tim
