The new restaurant looked very nice and clean. However was disappointed in my chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was way over cooked,very dark and dry. I normally love the chicken sandwich but very dissatisfied for a 10 dollar combo this time.

The store was clean, and the service was fast. The cashier, Susan, was extremely attentive and nice. I tried the new chicken wraps for the first time. I tried both the honey mustard and ranch flavored wraps. They tasted ok. Thank you, Susan, for your great customer service. It made my visit a better one.

An important part of customer service is acknowledging the customer, even if you aren't in a position to immediately help them. You say something like, "Welcome to Hardee's, I'll be right with you." The breakfast manager this morning did not do this. She was bagging orders for the drive thru, and instead of greeting us, she made eye contact, did not speak to us, and went back to chatting with her friend.When she finally finished what she was doing, she turned around, walked up to the register, and asked what she could get for us.Other than that, the food was good and served quickly after we ordered. The restaurant was clean.

Ordered my food and waitled 25 minutes, went to counter and asked where it was at seeing that they were giving everyone else food way before me, well she said be about 15 minutes she didn’t even put it in the frier

Consistently have you pull forward at the drive thru, even when you are the only one in the parking lot. When I questioned, was told to keep drive thru times down. One hamburger was ordered, no tomatoes nor lettuce and guess what was received hamburger including tomatoes and lettuce. They should just close permanently as this was def not the first time. I’m done!

Stopped here for a weekday morning breakfast. I was happy with the level of service that was both speedy and polite. I ordered the chicken biscuit with egg. Minimal wait time. Good flavor.Restaurant was neat and clean.
