I am giving this place five stars because of the lady at the drive through window. She was friendly and helpful. We do not usually eat Arby's, and she was helpful and informative about their products. I did not catch her name, yet I think that she had red in her hair. For a fast food restaurant, stopping at Arby's in Troutman was a positive experience.

I can't express what a horrific decision it was to visit the Arby's in Troutman. They have no sense of customer service nor how to operate a drive-thru or accommodate large orders. One car had a very large order, and instead of asking that car to pull ahead or pull to a parking space while they took care of the other orders, (which is drive-thru training 101), they left a line of cars waiting for this one car to complete their large order. I lost count for the number of cars that left the line because they got tired of waiting. I spent better of 40+ minutes waiting for my food, and they still got my order wrong and omitted an item from the bag. I was too frustrated to go back for them to correct it. I would not advise anyone to patronize this location, until they do some serious retraining.

Walked in and saw one girl sitting on her butt on her phone then ordered our food for dine in. Milkshake was wrong and cashier put in my jalapeño poppers in as Mac and cheese bites. Then as I sat and was eating my food witnessed two of the employees kiss in the cashier area. Will not be returning to this location again. Food sucked as well. Disappointed

Great place to eat, staff was very friendly and the place was spotless.
The sandwiches were old, not good and I love a good Arby's roast beef, but I will not be going back to this one. It's like the third time I been here and the sandwiches were not good. There's a Arby's in Winston Salem and their sandwiches are awesome!!
