I'm sadly disappointed with Arby's, especially this location, because it used to be my favorite fast food restaurant, but not anymore, I don't go to this one at all anymore. My complaint is the quality of the food #1 it's gone downhill. My cheese sticks are melted into a puddle, I've received red raw roast beef, and the service use to be Great, I loved when they said "Happy to Help", now they don't say hello, ty, ur welcome or anything, it's disappointing.
Great food and service didn't mind pulling of to grab a bite before I got back on the road... Truck's if you ever want to stop here don't hesitate.. No they don't have truck parking but you can pull of the on ramp and walk across before getting back on the highway

I am giving this place five stars because of the lady at the drive through window. She was friendly and helpful. We do not usually eat Arby's, and she was helpful and informative about their products. I did not catch her name, yet I think that she had red in her hair. For a fast food restaurant, stopping at Arby's in Troutman was a positive experience.
