Two hours without receiving my order!! Called the store and apparently it was delivered to some random addresses which was not in any way similar to my address and left in a chair… that was an hour in. They were remaking the order and it still hadn’t arrived so I just cancelled the order at 8:15. The order had been placed at 5:55 and I live 10 minutes from the store. Really ridiculous and manager didn’t do anything other than confirm he had cancelled my order and hung up.
This is the third time this happened to us recently….twice this week….that we placed an order at 10:45pm. We got an alert the pizza was in the oven then an email saying they cancelled the order. Your business and delivery is open until 11:00pm. We do not live far from the store. I even tried calling to see if we could pick the order up. Whoever worked in this store on 4/19/24 from 630pm to 730pm should be fired. Check the cameras managers. Made an order on a Friday night and apparently it did not go through. Then had to go and pick it up and wait 30 minutes to be given the incorrect order and then wait another 15 minutes while the employees decided they would rather be loud and scream to each other rather than help anyone.
