“Food was overcooked, but service was fast, and the food was hot. Okra and fries were kind of soggy, except the extra order of okra that was in a separate container. It was fresh, hot, and delicious, and crunchy. Maybe they should start separating the okra and fries, so they won't be soggy.“
“Really good home cooked food. I had the Salisbury Steak with gravy, Mashed potatoes and Corn. All were really good food. This is the essence of a Mom and Pop type place where they cook all day, and consistently put out good product. The burgers are really good, the Hot Dogs are really good. The fries were crispy without being overdone. The atmosphere was small town, blue collar, which fits the food perfectly. It was like having dinner at home, only someone else cooked it for you. If you find yourself in Wadesboro, I highly recommend a visit!“

“The ladies here were very sweet, I had meant to order another large fry for my dad, and they went ahead and gave it. That's awesome customer service for the food industry. Never forget your humanity when you're in customer service. The customer isn't always right either - but capitalism has made customers entitled. If I was able to give her a tip, I'd have probably given her 20$ for that kindness.Dietary restrictions: Isn't great for people losing weight, it's fast food like any other unless you get grilled chicken or meats without breading or bread that's not whole grain.Kid-friendliness: It's fast food, most are child friendly - but the ladies here were super sweet and I don't believe they'd be mean to children in the slightest. I could see in their body language they were earnest with their friendliness“

“Little gem in a run down town. Traveling from Charlotte to Pinehurst and stopped in for a quick dinner off of the great Google reviews. Did not disappoint. We give 5 stars. We were originally concerned because the adjacent neighborhood is run down, but this place did not disappoint! Great staff. Fresh food and too many choices to decide. Will definitely be back on another time of traveling through.“
