“Very disappointing this evening at Wadesboro, NC Subway on Caswell Street! Subway coupons received via mail border on being useless. There is a paper sign on the glass where you place your order instructing you to show your coupons prior to ordering....I mentioned to the sweet girl taking my order that I had coupons but she didn't respond to that statement in any way....just went on to take my order. At checkout, when I attempted to use my coupons, she stated that there were only a few select subs that the coupons would be accepted for (even though coupon states "any footlong". This is the 1st time that I have not been able to use the coupons. I understand the coupons state "at participating" Subways; however, this is the 1st time they have not been able to be used; evidently current management made this decision which, in my opinion, is poor customer service! I then wanted to use the coupon for a free 20 oz drink with purchase of "any footlong" but, once again, was denied the use of the coupon as stated that it had to be one of the "management approved" subs in order to use the coupon! This situation was out of the hands of the sweet girls that were working this evening & I understood that; however, management may need to rethink the issue of customer satisfaction.“
