I used to love coming to this Chpotle’s—good food & portions, great service. But the last two times I’ve been there, including last night, I’ve been rushed through. There are about 6 people on the serving line, food spilled from one end of the counter to the other,& so much confusion that I received someone else’s side order of corn, & almost lost my own side order of pico de gallo. Plus the portions have noticeably shrunk. The side effect of being rushed is that I might have ordered extra meat, which would mean extra revenue for the store. The only person who smiled was the cashier as she took my $33 for my order. At this rate, I’m predicting this branch will not be open much longer.Parking: On the upside, plenty of free parking.

The place near the food is always dirty with food everywhere, food in the pans mixed with other foods. One of the employees was Pushing the food back into the pan from the counter with their hands, even though she was using gloves, she was pushing the food that was on the countertop back to the pan. The countertop is always very dirty and messy. This location did not use to be like this. However, during the last few months it has gotten worse. There is no attention to cleaning and food safety. I enjoy going to this location and hope they make some changes soon.

Very good chipotle, if not the best one in Raleigh/Wake Forest. All of the food is excellently seasoned, more so than other chipotle. The service is so fast too even if the line is humongous and it goes by quick. The inside is always clean and the bathrooms are nice too. Awesome place!

Most disappointing take-out meal I've had in a long time. $10 for 3 tacos that had about 1 tbsp of meat in them. Combined. Rice was crunchy, hardly edible, vegetables were burnt. Everything was wrapped into a little roll and left completely soggy. We won't be back.
I eat here every day of the week for the last 2 months have not skipped a day. My mother brought me lunch from her one day and i have been hooked since. All the locations are great. The food is always great and the food be worth the cost of the food! The environment is always a pleasant one no matter which one i go to! If you have not tried them please do you will not be disappointed!!Kid-friendliness: They welcome kids have areas where kids can play and enjoy and the kids food greatWheelchair accessibility: The parks are right in the front so soon as you step out you at the front of the buildings. all the locations are like this.

My husband and I stopped in to get dinner on Saturday, February 17th. The restaurant was not particularly busy at 3:00 PM. We walked right up to order and noticed that the food area was filthy. An employee came over and started scraping food off of the stainless steel counter and then got a rag that was in a bucket of water and not sure what else. He began to wipe all around the hot food containers and was pushing the food back into theContainers that our food would be served from. Then on two occasions the rag dipped into the containers of pinto and black beans. After witnessing all of this, we walked out prior to ordering and will not ever return.
