Placed order online for 3 custom chicken sandwiches. I paid extra for a few premium items for 2 of the sandwiches and did not get them. Nor did the staff indicate which sandwich was in each box - clearly demonstrating they did not look at order carefully. First time eating here and unfortunately probably last.

Ordered the chicken parm/meatball sub to go. When I opened the container at home I saw I received a burnt sandwich. Who knew to take the name literally.

Just left here and I will be back... been craving firehouse for some time but have had issues with gluten. Found out they have gluten free bread and it was as close to regular bread as I've had so far. The sub was also built perfectly and delicious. Also the staff was very friendly, helpful and quick!

I work in Wakeforest so me and my coworkers eat from here quite often. Staff is incredibly nice. I always place my order online and it’s always exactly what I’ve requested each time. I haven’t been to any other firehouse locations but this business is top tier in the fast food/restaurant industry.

Pepperoni meatball sub (toasted)was the reason I came here and I’ll say it was good. Beat my expectations on it and glad I tried it. Service was good soon as I walked in. Will be back.

So how was the sub? It was good, not great, not ok.. just goodSo why are you giving it 3 stars? Value, there is zero value from this place. If I'm going to pay $10/sub at a sub place, it better be a damn great sub... it was notThe meat quality is there, no quantity... the roll is solid as well as the rest of the ingredients.. but don't expect any value from this place and do expect to leave hungry..

Was on my way to the restaurant next door and saw a lot of people coming in and thought that there has to be something special about this place, so we went in. It was Sunday afternoon, so the line was long, but it moved quickly. Ordered an Italian sub and it was one of the best subs I've ever had. Bread was soft, meats , cheese, and veggies were perfect. As we were eating, one of the employees Marquan asked if we were happy with the food. Will definitely be back for the delicious food and amazing service!

The woman (a bit older, kind of large, brown hair) working during lunch today should not be in a customer facing position. The two times I have encountered her she has been rude and condescending towards me, talking to me as if I am a dumb child. Because of her I will not be back, she does not know the first thing about customer service and should not be working the front

This was my first visit to this location and my second visit to a Firehouse Subs. We didn't eat in,, we got subs to go. Service was good. Staff was super friendly. I do like the look of their restaurants. The Firehouse theme is nice. It all falls apart at the food though. I got the NY Steamer. For starters, it looked nothing like the online picture thats for sure. Just a few slices of beef and some veggies. I found it very lacking compared to its picture. The next issue is the flavor, or lack thereof. The sub should have some with mayo and mustard. I found neither. I've never had such a bland sub in my life. If it wasn't for the cucumbers, it would have had no flavor at all. Extremely disappointing. The wife got a roast beef sub. She had the same issue regarding flavor. The roast beef and provolone were flavorless. If a sub can't stand on its own without mayo or something, that's a problem. My first visit to a Firehouse was underwhelming and so was my second. I think I'll keep clear of Firehouse Subs.

I have never been to Firehouse Subs and this visit was by pure accident (our first dinner choice was out of almost all bread which was strange). I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch with no ranch, extra mayo, the loaded potato soup, and my husband had the mac and cheese. Service was quick and the store was clean and inviting. Now...that sandwich was SO GOOD. It may have replaced another chain I frequent. It was so well made and every bite was flavorful. They know what they're doing! The soup was good and my husband enjoyed his mac and cheese. Overall, great accident and I will definitely be back for more subs!

Terrible. The service sucks. It was my birthday and I showed the lady my app and everything and she refused to give me the free sub. Don’t go here. Subway is a better option at this point. at least their employees aren’t mean.
