Today was my first time going to Goodberry's, and the experience was amazing. The custard was almost as good as the customer service from one worker there. I walk up to the window to see the nicest man greet me with a smile. He had the softest dirty blond hair and the cutest glasses. His beard was so nice and fit his face perfectly. He spoke in a soothing monotone voice as he took my order; I felt right at home. He made my order for me, a mini blueberry with cheesecake, with elegance as if he were an angel. When he handed me my concrete, our hands collided. His grasp around the cup was so firm yet tender. The custard was pretty good too.

I was disappointed that I had to end up throwing my sundae away. There was one employee working. He was very pleasant but he did not wear gloves when preparing my sundae. His hands and nails were visibly dirty and I really lost my appetite when he reached for the sprinkles to put on top of my sundae. I wish I had the option of paying after the service because I would have walked off. A total waste of $8.

They say concrete but what my wife and I got was wet concrete. No thickness just liquidy melted goup.Very displeased. Will not be coming back. Oh and one other thing.. More like this $$$ than this $.

Probably the worst ice cream/custard experience I've ever had. Sundae was soupy and melted. It was also 90% toppings and 10% custard and I could barely find 3 or 4 bites of custard. 1 out 10 would not recommend.

After a great fun game of ultimate frisbee with my dear friends we decided to make a trip to Goodberries for a quick treat before we said our farewells. We were having a jolly time conversing on the patio, waiting in line for our ice creams and drinks to be curated. My delightful friend Matt Teresko, 5' 10", white complexion, and fine brown hair ordered a hot chocolate, this was when things started to turn south. The creation of hot chocolate isn't a very arduous or time consuming task so after 5 minutes a sense of confusion set across the group, all with the same question, Where is Matt's hot chocolate? After a considerable time of 10 minutes 48 seconds, hurrah, Matt's hot chocolate arrived. We thought our troubles ended there but we were sadly mistaken. Matts hot chocolate was cold, a terrible tragedy that Matt's heart may never recover from. I hope to be there for Matt in his time of need, unlike goodberries who wasn't.

I had the brownie and ice cream, forget what it was called, but It was so good!! Enough to share, but no desire to! It comes in one size, so if you're not a big eater, you may want to offer a bite or two to your loved one!!
